Website tools

The coordinate-conversion tools operate locally in your browser. Coordinates entered into the tools are not sent to Geodion unless you separately provide the information to us.

International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards and contractual protections provided by those suppliers.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last communication.

Client, project and financial records are retained for as long as necessary for contractual, professional, legal and tax purposes. Company accounting records are normally retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to its use.
